BD Baee Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bd baee platform and all its users. "bd baee", "we", and "platform" refer to the bdbaee.ws website and its associated mobile applications. "Member", "user", and "you" refer to any registered individual.

Bd baee operates under an international gaming license. These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• These terms and conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to use the platform.
• The platform cannot be accessed from countries or regions where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• Each person may open one account only.

To open an account on bd baee, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or misleading details may be suspended, and any balance may be forfeited.

Information required at registration:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• Valid email address
• Bangladeshi mobile number
• Residential address

KYC Verification: KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain amount, requiring a scanned copy of your national ID or passport. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

Bd baee directly supports local Bangladeshi payment methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳50
• Maximum single deposit: ৳1,00,000
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳200

• Standard withdrawal processing time: 1–24 hours

• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed

• Welcome Bonus Available to new members only; can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager a specified multiplier amount — typically between 15× and 30×.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time — cashback excluded.
• Bonus wagering contributions may vary by game (e.g., slots 100%, table games 20%).
• Bd baee reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

All betting and gaming activities on bd baee are governed by the rules below. These rules apply equally to all members.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Minimum bet amount: ৳10. Maximum bet amounts vary by game and category.
• If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, bd baee reserves the right to void or re-settle the bet in question.
• Sports Betting: Bets will be refunded if a match is cancelled. International rules apply when determining outcomes for suspended matches.
• For Live Betting: if your connection drops, a bet will be considered confirmed if it has been recorded on the server.
• Results in RNG (Random Number Generator) certified games are completely random — no patterns, no predetermined outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd baee. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the account balance.

• Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Using tactics to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for illegal payments or money transfers.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a chargeback with the bank after a deposit has been made.
• Automation & Bots: Using automated software or bots to play games.
• Hacking: Attempting to find or exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Underage Accounts: Operating an account on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.

Bd baee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following situations:

• Terms Violation
• Suspicious transactions or signs of fraudulent activity
• Incomplete KYC Verification
• At Your Own Request (Self-Exclusion)
• By order of a regulatory authority for legal reasons

If an account is closed, bd baee will endeavor to return any valid balance (excluding bonus balance) within a maximum of 30 business days. This period may be extended for accounts under investigation.

Self-Exclusion: To close your account yourself, contact support. The minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months.

Bd baee places the highest priority on protecting members' personal information. We follow international data protection standards.

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared with regulatory authorities as required by law.
• All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

• Bets or sessions lost due to internet connectivity issues
• Technical issues on the user's own device
• Delays from third-party payment providers
• Service disruptions due to natural disasters or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from hacking or cyberattacks, provided bd baee has taken reasonable security measures.

All disputes will first be addressed through support. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter may be escalated to the licensing authority for settlement.

Bd baee reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance via email or SMS for any major changes.

• Updated terms take effect from the date the changes are made.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you disagree with the updated terms, stop using the platform and withdraw your balance.
